What is therapy to me?
To me, therapy is a process of exploration and growth — a space where individuals can pause, reflect, and rediscover their strengths. It’s about building resilience, self-compassion, and clarity, while working collaboratively toward meaningful change.
Therapeutic approach
My approach is eclectic and client-centred, tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I am extensively trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and integrate these with principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Enhancement. My therapeutic work is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and the belief that every person holds the potential to heal and thrive. I have a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults navigating emotional, behavioural, and interpersonal difficulties.
