I was having a tough time just before the pandemic, it was ‘a feeling of flight and fight moment’ which was diagnosed by my Dr. Sayantani Mukherjee. How mind and body are closely correlated I got to know after taking therapy from her. She did my treatment beautifully and patiently. I can remember the days when I have no other feelings but anxiety.The situation got worsened by the sleepless nights.And I preferred to remain at home all the time.I didn’t have any taboo regarding psychiatric therapy and was sure that I need to go for that help.But there were issues within me preventing to go to any therapist,to trust and to open my mind.I went to Sayantani Mukherjee on October 2018 for psycho analysis.It was very difficult for me to let someone enter into my innermost core of mind and touch those damaged chords.
I didn’t have any certainty about my recovery.I only knew that was the process and I went on mechanically.Then slowly the things began to change.Now the result is this.The damaged and confused person of those days can express herself without any fear of judgement.
