To book an appointment follow the steps mentioned below:
- Fill the Google form.
- Please share your preferred therapist, if any
- We will find the best match for you in terms of language, specialization, slot availability
- We will mail you the booking details
- Fill the informed consent form
- Make the payment and book the session
- We will mail the meeting link
- Join the link in time allotted
We send automatic appointment reminders to the registered email address of the client. This setting is set to “ON” for all clients. A reminder email is sent 72 hours in advance and then 48 hours before the session and the 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
Email reminders provide the opportunity to cancel or reschedule without incurring the cancellation fee. Please cancel or reschedule with notice of at least 24 hours. Cancellations done within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged as a full session. The cancellation option is available on your appointment dashboard. If you miss your appointment without notice, this will be considered a cancelled session and full cancellation charges as per policy will apply.
If you arrive late for an appointment, the remaining time of the scheduled session is available to you only if you have mailed to email@example.com to state you will be late at least one hour prior to the session. We can hold a slot for you only up to 10 minutes after the scheduled starting time of the session, post which the session shall be considered a missed one, without a reschedule.
In case of emergencies and in one-off cases, you could reach firstname.lastname@example.org. The discretion to waive the cancellation fee would lie solely with the TherapHeal team.
If the therapist cancels the session for any reason, they will reschedule the session. No cancellation charges will be applicable. If the therapist joins the session late, they will ensure the 50 minutes is compensated for.
