Shraddha Pai is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in hospital and mental health settings. She has worked with individuals across diverse backgrounds, providing psychological support in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care. Her experience spans general hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and intensive psychiatric care units, including Dr. A.V. Baliga Memorial Hospital, Wenlock District Hospital, where she worked closely with individuals facing severe mental health conditions in male and female psychiatry wards, de-addiction units, and day-care centers.
In addition to her work in hospital settings, Shraddha has experience as a school psychologist, providing therapy, crisis intervention, and psychoeducational programs for students. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Her approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and integrates evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Shraddha believes therapy is a collaborative journey where individuals gain insight, resilience, and emotional well-being in a safe, supportive environment.
