What is therapy to me? Therapy is having an honest interaction with the self. When one meets themselves in a raw and pure form, they slowly realize that they are a ‘human being’. I believe that the main crux of Psychotherapy lies in unconditional acceptance, unconscious connection between a client and a psychotherapist and patience along with other therapeutic techniques.

Therapeutic approach: My approach depends on the concerns that the patient is coming with. I believe that sticking to only one approach, i.e., either individualistic or collaborative will be limiting our skills as a therapist. We need to be flexible with our approaches depending on client’s needs

Areas of Expertise: Anxiety disorders, Depression, Schizophrenia, Childhood externalized and internalized disorders, Personality disorders, Geriatric Depression, Marital Therapy. My therapy approach is mostly CBT, Psychoanalysis, DBT, BT and Play therapy.
