What Therapy is to me? Therapy for me is to be there for a Person who seek solace from the chaos of their inner world. It also entails providing a safe and non-judgemental space for the person to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It’s an intimate journey of connection and growth. Empowering a person towards self-discovery and healing is profoundly liberating for me. Therapy is not just a profession to me, it’s an unwavering commitment to healing one soul at a time.
Therapeutic Approach: I embrace an integrative and person-centred therapy approach that is entirely tailored to meet the individual needs of each person who seeks my support. I firmly believe that no two individuals are exactly alike, and their therapeutic journeys should reflect their distinct experiences and aspirations. So, I take time to understand an individual’s concerns, challenges, and goals. This understanding serves as the foundation upon which I craft a customized treatment plan that best addresses their unique circumstances.

What is therapy to me : Therapy is providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for personal growth. Providing a support to people who need resources to cope with any kind of mental health issue. With these resources the person can learn to independently deal with similar situations throughout their lifetime. I believe in providing empathy, genuineness, compassion, and tailoring interventions based on the needs of the individual.
Therapeutic approach: I prefer a client centered approach and providing empathy, kindness, and a nonjudgmental space to help with any psychological difficulty.
