What is therapy to me? For me, therapy entails a lot of listening, empathy, validation and creating a space for the client to express their natural feelings. In a therapy session, I do not believe in labels or diagnosis being attached to a particular client, but seeing each person as having their own unique problems, and understanding the process involved in solving them.

Therapeutic approach: My approach is to make the individual realize that they are unique and special, it’s just that sometimes they are unable to make decisions for themselves, sometimes problems seem very big and feelings may be overwhelming. My approach is to help them tide over these times.
